We strive to process and ship orders within two business days of placement. However, please be aware that there may be delays during peak periods or promotional events. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Transit Times

Typically, you will receive your Aus Home Basics purchase within 7-14 business days of placing your order. Delivery time depends on the speed of the courier, which can be affected by high volumes of daily deliveries.

If, after receiving a tracking number, your order status shows as "Pending" or "Ready for Processing," this means the courier is verifying your shipping information and preparing for delivery. This status may persist until the 4th or 5th day after your order.

If the status does not update after this period, please contact us at hello@aushomebasics.com.au, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Address Requirements

A street address or PO Box address is required when placing an order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us at hello@aushomebasics.com.au before your order is despatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address accordingly. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the address.
