0.9cm thick lava stone (porous volcanic rock)
Plant/vegetable fibers
Sandpaper (abrasive) included for maintaining absorbency

Precautions Before Use:

∙ The LavaStone Mat may have powder on its surface due to its natural volcanic materials. Before use, dampen an old towel, wring it out, and wipe off the powder to prevent it from sticking to your skin, clothes, or floor.
∙ Upon opening, there may be a natural scent from the raw materials. If desired, air-dry the mat in the shade before first use.
∙ Slight colour variations, stains, spots, or scratches may occur due to the raw materials but do not affect the product’s quality.
∙ The surface is untreated, so be cautious as it may scratch certain floors.
∙ Avoid using on underfloor heating or jumping on the mat to prevent slipping.
∙ Use the mat on a flat, firm surface to avoid damage, as applying pressure or using it on a soft surface may cause breakage.
∙ Do not use detergent, as it may clog the mat’s porous structure.
∙ Coloured moisture may leave marks on the mat.

Care Instructions:

∙ If the mat’s absorbency decreases, lightly sand the surface with the included sandpaper to restore it.
∙ No washing required—simply air dry the mat in the shade a few times a week to maintain its quick-drying and anti-mould properties.
∙ Avoid placing the mat where it is directly exposed to hot or cold water to prevent damage.
∙ The included sandpaper is disposable. When finished, replace it with commercially available 400-grit sandpaper for future use.
