Where are the products located and shipped from?

The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales - depending on the product and/or shipment. In case of low and depleting stocks, we ship your orders from our overseas warehouse. Please note, our products are not made in Australia and are generally made in China, this ensures you get your useful products at the best possible prices.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and the Buy Now Pay Later methods listed on our product pages.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free Australia wide with no minimum spend.

What if my order is delayed?
