Return Conditions
We strive to accommodate your needs, but please review our Return Policy before placing an order. Failure to do so may result in no accommodations being made.
Read all product information and instructions to ensure proper and safe use. By purchasing, you agree to our policy.
You are not eligible for a return/refund if you:
- Change your mind or no longer want/need the product. We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds under Australian Consumer Law, Consumer Rights, and Guarantees.
- Placed an order by mistake or purchased the wrong product.
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- Misused the product or did not follow our advice, causing damage.
- Knew of or were informed of faults before purchase.
Products must be used with care as they are delicate. No refunds for items damaged after use or through misuse. Contact with damaging substances voids eligibility for refund/return.
For returns, items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Email us at hello@aushomebasics.com.au with your order number before returning items. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Faulty & Damaged Items
Australian consumers are protected by rights ensuring coverage if a product arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all.
If you receive a faulty item, contact our customer service within 14 days at hello@aushomebasics.com.au. Provide a brief summary of the issue and photos if possible.
Faulty items will be assessed, and replacements or refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
